Meet Cassie, one of the dedicated professionals at Lifeline Animal Urgent Care. Raised in Los Angeles, Cassie’s passion for veterinary medicine was sparked by witnessing animal mistreatment, leading to a deep commitment to helping those who can’t advocate for themselves. With experience in multiple emergency hospitals and various roles—from CSR to Veterinary Technician and Doctor Assistant—Cassie brings a unique skill set, combining attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.

What drives Cassie most is the opportunity to offer compassionate care, especially in difficult situations. One of their most memorable experiences was assisting a pet injured by a coyote, where they worked closely with the owner to navigate both medical and financial decisions, ensuring the best outcome for the animal.

Outside of work, Cassie shares their home with a diverse family of pets, including four tarantulas, five ball pythons, four cats, a German Shepherd, and a bearded dragon. This eclectic group reflects their deep appreciation for the individuality of each animal. Cassie strives to make every pet feel safe and comfortable during their visit, observing their body language to create a calming environment.



With a passion for accessible veterinary care and client education,Cassie is committed to helping pet owners better understand their pets’ needs and prevent common issues. When not at the clinic, Cassie enjoys exploring nature and diving into immersive worlds through gaming, always seeking new ways to learn and grow in their career.
