3. Appointments & Walk-Ins
- No appointment is required; however, we recommend calling ahead to check availability and reduce wait times.

- Lifeline reserves the right to decline services if a pet’s condition falls outside the scope of our urgent care offerings.
4. Payment & Billing
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and CareCredit.
- Lifeline does not offer payment plans or accept checks.
- Estimates for treatment costs can be provided upon request, but final charges may vary based on the pet’s needs.
- Clients are responsible for all costs incurred during their visit, including diagnostics, medications, and treatments.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- If you notify us in advance that you no longer need urgent care services, it allows us to assist other pets in need.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future visits.
6. Liability
- Lifeline is not responsible for any complications arising after treatment, including but not limited to, adverse medication reactions or disease progression.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are safely restrained during visits. We recommend leashes for dogs and carriers for cats.
- Lifeline is not liable for injuries resulting from aggressive pet behavior or failure to follow staff instructions.
