Meet Jessica, a passionate advocate for animals at Lifeline Animal Urgent Care. From a young age, she dreamed of being able to communicate with animals like a Disney princess, and today, her work in veterinary medicine allows her to be their voice when they need it most. After experiencing the heartbreak of losing her family’s English Bulldog due to a missed diagnosis, Jessica made it her mission to ensure that every pet receives the care and attention they deserve.

Jessica has a deep interest in animal behavior and strives to create a calm, reassuring environment for every patient. She takes the time to understand each animal’s unique needs, offering gentle care and plenty of love. One of her most rewarding experiences is seeing the transformation in both pets and their owners—from fear to relief—when they realize their loved one is in good hands.

At home, Jessica shares her life with three pets: Shadow, a 4-year-old Australian Kelpie with one eye who loves cuddles and walks; Figaro, a 7-year-old majestic cat who reigns over his kingdom; and Katie, a 3-year-old tortie rescue cat with a bold personality and a special bond with her middle child. Jessica’s personal experiences with her own pets help her approach every patient with empathy and understanding.



When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—husband Rob, and their three kids—horseback riding, camping, or visiting the zoo. She also loves relaxing with drawing or puzzles. Always striving to grow in her career, Jessica continues to learn through books and podcasts, especially on topics like pet behavior and emergency care. Her ultimate goal at Lifeline Animal Urgent Care is to provide pet owners with confidence, knowing their pets are receiving the best possible care.
